Mary and I went to the Capitol this afternoon and gave out flyers on HB 2634. The flyer said:
ReplyDeleteMaking the pre-adoption birth record available to adults who ere adopted as children.
This bill allows birth parents to sign a Contact Preference Form.
Having one's original birth certificate is a civil right.
Help restore what rightfully belongs to all American citizens.
Please support HB 2634--with no amendments.
